I stepped into This artistic World of Music when i was 7 yrs old
, and sung my very first song "Nanha Munaa Rahi hoo" , in a community
show ,
got the amazing appreciation. (Being a Kid everything is amazing if
he pulls up attention of even 10 people ) from all of my friends , family
members
and relatives thats where i really started loving this world and later
joined the orchestra to step on the real world , gave
several stage shows for
almost 8 years , but sudden stop came in my music life when i
took admission in high school , my well wishers advised me to
take study seriously
and i minimized my musical activities but could not avoid totally
.After that i became busy in my further studies but kept on
participating in cultural
programs , won prizes in "kawalli" competitions (My Favourite Kawwal's
are "Aziz Naza" and "Asalam Sabari") , Career upportunities
broght me
in U.S.A where i came to know the computer's role in todays digital
music . Now i am a keen listner but do sing ocassionaly
(on functions or light
party's) and spend free hours with my Keyboard .
In today's digital music computers are playing an important role
, recording sessions are moving from big hardwares to computer based
softwares ,
digital music (computer aided music) is becoming very popular because
of it's ease of use , in which music is recorded in digital
form that can be
manipulated the way you want (if you plays a wrong Note on keyboard
during recording , you can edit and put the correct Note instead of
playing
the correct Note again ) .There are bunch of softwares available
(freeware and sharewere) that can make you a musician sitting in
your comfortable
home , you dont need any special training or expensive
hardware , what you need is good "ears" to listen the songs carefully and
a "good sense" of
"KeyBoard" , I started making music on computers one year ago
with a small keyboard SA-11 (almost childish) and composed
the Remix song
"he mera dil pyaar diwana" (Movie : "Don" ) by mixing some
sound files in my composition , but this small keyboard didn't have
realistic voice and
finally i bought my Present Keyboard "YAMAHA
PSR 270" and I must admit that Yamaha has something special when
it comes to the voice quality.
